Mid Michigan Storm High School Hockey

 The Mid Michigan Storm is a co-op varsity hockey team with players from the High Schools of Gladwin, Beaverton and Harrison.

1.  The Mid-Michigan Storm Varsity Hockey team looks forward to a successful season and a run at the Northern Michigan Hockey League title.
   

2. Returning defenseman include Captain Mike Lyons (Sr.), Mitch Cote' (Sr.) and Derek Wrymbelski (Sr.).  Key returning forwards include Assistant Captains Jared Brubaker (Sr.) and Mike Ledford (Sr.), along with Tyler Cameron (Sr.) and Travis Greer (So.).

3.  New players include fowards Taylor Rhode (So.), Colton Balzer (Sr.),  Manny Sheets (Fr.), Justin Munafo (Fr.) and Austin Muma (Fr.), along with defensemen Kyle Gordon (Jr.) and Stuart Kruske (Jr.)
   

4. Phil Rowley (Sr.) returns as a the key cog between the pipes, and Tyler Price (So.) will see an increased workload in his second season.
   

1.     The Storm and goalie Phil Rowley shut out Midland dow in pre regionals Monday night to pursue the 1-0 victory. Congratulations!

2. Next on the Schedule: This Wednesday at 7 in Midland against Midland High for regionals.
